Sheila Warren

Sheila Warren is a Board member and strategic advisor across the technology, policy, and civil society sectors. She most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Project Liberty Institute and Chief Strategy and Operations Officer of Project Liberty. Previously, she served as the founding CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation, where she remains an advisor, and prior to that, founded the digital assets team at the World Economic Forum.
