Michael Bucella

Michael Bucella is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Neoclassic Capital, a global investment firm focused on web3, blockchain technology, and digital assets. Prior to Neoclassic Capital and BlockTower Capital, Michael spent nearly a decade with Goldman Sachs. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as part of the Firm’s Asset Management division (GSAM), where he focused on investment strategies, markets and institutional investors globally. Most recently, Michael worked in the Securities Division where he ran the Multi-Asset Sales & Trading business in Canada and led efforts to expand this strategy globally. Previous to this role, he led the Institutional Global Equities business, also in Canada. Michael earned a BS in Finance, Economics & Accounting from Fordham University. He is a member of Fordham University’s President’s Council and involved in multiple charitable organizations, with recent philanthropic endeavors involving several independent trips to aid the relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
