Dr. Lukas Morscher is partner, head TMT and co-head FinTech at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. Practice areas include new technologies, digitization, data privacy, fintech, blockchain, sourcing (ITO, BPO), corporate governance, M&A and stock exchange law. Lukas holds a master in economics, a doctorate in law (thesis on financial markets' regulation), and an AMP from Harvard Business School.
