Bilal Bin Saqib, MBE, is the Chairperson of PVARA (Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority), State Minister for Crypto and Blockchain and the CEO of Pakistan Crypto Council, an advisory body established by the Government of Pakistan, dealing with regulatory challenges around crypto and fostering innovation in Pakistan's digital asset ecosystem. He is also the Chief Advisor to the Finance Minister of Pakistan.
