Ralf Wandmacher is the chief executive officer of Plutus B.V., a holding company for STB Software Developments B.V. and StablR Limited in Malta (currently in the process to be incorporated).

He is also a Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at accadis University in Bad Homburg, Germany with a research focus on Blockchain Finance – Cryptocurrencies, ICO/STOs, Blockchain, and Tokenization.

He is a board member at Bo1 AG and a senior advisor at Roots Advisory, Frankfurt, Germany. Furthermore, he advises Boerse Stuttgart Digital Ventures.

Ralf Wandmacher has more than 20 years of experience in derivatives trading, structuring and sales at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank in Europe. He was a Managing Director with teams in London and Frankfurt working on the European market.

He earned his PhD in Finance about Implied Volatility theories from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
His title Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration was received from the University of Goettingen with a thesis about Neural Networks.
