Meltem is the Dounder and General Partner of Crucible Capital, which invests where technological change forces markets to reorganize. The firm focuses on energy, compute, materials, and the systems that finance and coordinate them.

She began her career in oil and gas before spending a decade helping build Bitcoin and digital asset markets, first at Digital Currency Group (DCG) and later at CoinShares (publicly listed, $CSHR). Over her career, she has invested in more than 200 companies, with a particular focus on emerging market structures, novel financial instruments, and technologies that reshape how capital and resources are allocated.
